*Refund Policy on Ticket Sales.
Deadline for refund requests is 22nd July at 5:30pm.
Refunds will be processed after the event has been
concluded and within 30 days of the event concluding.
No refunds for requests after that date.
Refunds must be in writing including the phone number
of the person making the request, and will be made by
bank transfer only, and only to the personal bank account
of the person making the request.
The amount refunded will be the remaining
amount after these deductions :
1. $15.00 Administration Fee.
2. The transaction fees incurred by PayPal or Shopify
if that was the method of payment.
No refund will be made if the remaining refund
total after deductions is less than $5.00.
